2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

MGE Energy thanks shareholders for attending this year's Annual Meeting, held Tuesday, May 18, 2021. For the second consecutive year, MGE Energy held a virtual meeting. 

Shareholders learned about the impact of COVID-19 on MGE Energy, our recent and projected investments in renewable energy and new technologies, and our partnerships as we work toward our goal of net-zero carbon electricity by 2050.

Consistent with our mission to serve as your community energy company, MGE Energy again is making a contribution to our community to assist in its response to COVID-19. MGE Energy's philanthropic arm, the MGE Foundation, will be contributing $50,000 toward local relief efforts.
