Private, 24-hour, 7-day-per-week access to your registered account allows you, at your convenience, to:

• Obtain immediate access to up-to-date information
• Check all of your account balances and detail (including certificate history, plan history and payment history)
• View recent transactions
• Change your address
• Change or view your dividend options
• View and print tax forms
• View and print quarterly statements
• Sign up for direct deposit of your dividends
• Sign up for automatic cash draft
• Vote your proxy
• Elect to receive account statements, annual reports, proxy statements and your 1099 forms online and receive notifications via e-mail. This option stops delivery by U.S. Mail.

Signing up is easy! To sign up for secure on-line access: go to My Shareholder Account and look for 'First Time Visitor'. You will be asked to provide the security code sent to you in the mail and your taxpayer identification number (Social Security Number or Employer Identification Number) for verification.

When you signup for online account information, you will select a User ID and Personal Identification Number (PIN) that is known only to you. Future access to your account will not be allowed without your User ID and PIN.

You can 'test drive' account access by going to My Shareholder Account and clicking on 'View Sample Account'.
